Information we collect

When you submit the application form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your age and city/state
• Whether you are licensed to sell life insurance
• Who referred you, if anyone
• The answers you write about why you are interested and about yourself
• A record that you agreed to be contacted, and when

If you book a presentation, the scheduling service (Calendly) collects the details you enter there. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may also log basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

• To contact you about the opportunity and invite you to a live presentation
• To schedule and run those presentations
• To let the team member who referred you know that you applied
• To keep records of who applied and how they found us

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with people and services needed to run the recruiting process: members of our team, our hosting and form provider (Netlify), our scheduling provider (Calendly), and our email or messaging providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you check the consent box on the application, you agree that First Class Life Group may contact you by phone, text, and email, including by autodialer or prerecorded message, about this opportunity. Consent is not a condition of any offer. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling or emailing at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as it is needed for recruiting and our business records, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. To make a request, contact us through our office in Hesperia, CA, or reply to any message we send you.

Age requirement

This site is for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms of use

• Testimonials reflect the experiences of individual agents. Results vary and depend on each person's effort, skills, and circumstances, and are not guaranteed.

• The final terms of any relationship with First Class Life Group are set out in separate written agreements and the carriers' own requirements. Selling insurance requires the appropriate state license.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you apply and not to misuse the site.
